Oscott Air is a specialist compressed air company and one of the largest stockists of plant and spares in the UK, with over 50 years experience servicing the compressed air user. We are an ISO quality accredited company, both a charter holder and member of the British Compressed Air Society and ensures you receive a quality service that meets all legislative requirements and industry best practice levels of design, equipment selection, installation and maintenance.
We have a comprehensive product range and are ‘Premier' sales and service agents for CompAir (incorporating BroomWade, Reavell and Demag), Rotary Screw, Variable Speed, Oil Free Compressors and Reciprocating Compressors. We are also ‘Premier' sales and service agents for Hydrovane Rotary Vane and Variable Speed compressors. We can supply and install plant control and monitoring equipment, automatic remote alarm/response services, retro-fit variable speed drives, air drying, air filtration and airline equipment, we also have overhauled and second-hand equipment available.
Special purpose
For those ‘Special Purpose Plants', Oscott Air's design and build department manufacture skid and trailer packages to your exact requirements. We can satisfy the most stringent of specifications, both at home and abroad.
Service
Our Service Team are all manufacturer trained and continually updated with product developments and the latest technology. They carry mobile phones for the fastest possible response time, 24 hours a day. We operate fully equipped workshops, a large stores/parts department and hire fleet of compressed air plant and equipment. Our computer logged maintenance contracts ensure your equipment is regularly and correctly serviced, we use manufacturer's genuine parts for trouble free, efficient operation and compliance with the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations.
Installation
Our installation department will advise, design, fit, extend and install complete compressed air pipe work distribution systems; compressed air is supplied where you need it, economically and efficiently.
Consultancy & Legislation
We can offer a complete range of compressed air consultancy services, including energy analysis, ultrasonic leak detection and breathing air analysis/certification. We also provide Written Schemes of Examination and their periodic inspection, as required under the Pressure Systems Legislation.
